Howdy! I’m Erin and I love to garden. I am a UCCE Master Gardener of Orange County and hold a Permaculture Design Certificate from the Permaculture Academy in LA. Of course neither of those have stopped me from major fails in my own garden! LOL
My favorite plants to grow are roses. I think I have about 50 now with more on the way. I especially love the old garden roses, but if it’s fragrant, who cares if it’s old or new?
I am definitely NOT a garden perfectionist, which is a good thing as I have two free-range chickens and two dogs that love to help me garden. All I have to do is put some mulch down and time how long it takes for my lovely chickens Lucy and Ethel to rearrange it however they see fit! Yep, my garden will always be a bit messy, but it’s ok 🙂
